FMG, New Zealand’s leading rural insurer, is seeking a Change Manager – People and Culture / Marketing and Propositions to champion and embed change that goes beyond processes—impacting the very heart of how we work and who we are.
The Role
As Change Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling and embedding organisational and culture change. Your focus will be initiatives that emerge from either the People & Culture, or the Marketing & Propositions team. You’ll work closely with leaders to prepare, execute, and support change initiatives that focus on the people side of transformation—ensuring that new ways of working are adopted and sustained. As part of a federated change management model, you will also work closely with FMG’s Change Collaboration Group (CCG), facilitated by the Head of Enterprise Change Management, to maintain consistency, support knowledge sharing, and drive continuous improvement in our change practice.
