Community Hub Experience Leader

Do you love working with people, bringing out the best in a team and creating conditions that enable performance? We're looking for a strong leader to guide and support our frontline team at Manawatū Community Hub Libraries.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be right there alongside your team, welcoming customers, solving problems on the spot, and helping things run smoothly. You'll be the first point of support for our Community Hub Experience Specialists, coaching them day to day, and making sure our community always gets friendly, helpful service.

What you\'ll do

• Be a visible leader on the floor, supporting the team through busy times.
• Coach, encourage, and build confidence in your team members.
• Help with daily operations : from service desks to space bookings and customer enquiries.
• Keep things organised with rosters, simple routines, and clear communication.
• Step up as 2IC to the Community Hub Libraries Manager when needed.

The salary range midpoint for this role is $83,900. Salary will be determined by the experience you bring. We also offer a range of staff benefits, including 5 weeks\' annual leave for all employees.
