About us

We're Dinosaur Polo Club, an award‑winning video game studio of thirty lovely people making games in Te Whanganui-a‑Tara Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand. Mini Metro and Mini Motorways are our released games, and we continue to support them. We’re working on new games at various stages of development. We’re looking for an intermediate or junior programmer ready to step up to join our team.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement systems in game titles.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure robust understanding of implementation requirements.
• Take part in code reviews, both offering and receiving feedback from peers.
• Work with community management and QA departments, tracking and resolving bugs to support players.
• Provide feedback on the studio’s workflow, tools, and technical direction.
• Share knowledge with other team members.
• Communicate clearly with department and studio teams.
