Join Fulton Hogan’s Tauranga team and help us build the future for the Bay of Plenty community.As our Construction Project Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of major civil projects – from planning and programming to health, safety and environmental compliance, quality assurance, and financial management. You’ll coordinate resources, drive best practice, and manage subcontractors, taking full ownership of project outcomes.

- We’re looking for someone with :
- Demonstrated leadership in Construction, 3 Waters, or major Civil works.
- Absolute commitment to health and safety as your top priority.
- At least 5 years’ construction experience, including 2+ as a Project Manager.
- Civil Engineering diploma / degree.
- Strong communication – confident presenting, reporting, and negotiating.
- Financial know-how and attention to detail.
