Reporting directly to the NZ Country Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering truly AMAZING customer experiences and driving sales excellence across your region. WHAT AMAZING LOOKS LIKE AS A REGIONAL MANAGER

• Sales Leadership :  Achieve monthly and yearly sales budgets, drive product and people placement, and ensure focus store strategies are effectively implemented.
• Team Development :  Inspire and lead your team, providing exceptional training and fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Operational Excellence :  Manage wage expenditure, create effective rosters and ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures.
• Recruitment and Induction :  Work with the Talent Team to recruit team members who fit our brand and culture, and ensure thorough induction and training processes.
• High-Energy Culture :   Promote a positive and productive work environment, encouraging integrity, respect, and open communication.

As a predominately female-led, Australian owned company we believe our DREAMTEAM are our asset, with over 2000 of us delivering AMAZING across our Store Network, Distribution Centre and Head Office based in Melbourne.
