About the Role :

If you have a passion for teaching young children and are currently enrolled to study in a level 7 ECE programme (ECE Bachelor), we want to hear from you. This position is perfect for someone in their first or second year of study, we have a long standing, experienced and secure team ready to mentor you through your study journey!

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.

You will be working in our Pipi Room alongside our under 2 year old tamariki. Our Nursery features a spacious, open layout that encourages exploration and helps children build relationships with their peers and teachers. The dedicated outdoor playground is vibrant, safe, and designed to promote motor development, offering countless opportunities for active play.

Role requirements :

• Enrolment into a level 7 ECE Bachelor course
• Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
• Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
• A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
• Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
