Strategy Planner

Due to an internal secondment, we have an opportunity for a Strategy Planner to join our team on a 9 month fixed term basis contributing to shaping and guiding the strategic direction of the council and district.
You'll assist in developing and implementing strategies that contribute to improving the well-being and sustainable management for one of the fastest growing districts in New Zealand which includes :
- Developing spatial plans and strategies
- Providing analysis of information and data
- Presenting information to internal and external stakeholders
About you :
You are adaptable and have great communication skills with a strong understanding of the Resource Management Act (RMA). You can relay information clearly and concisely whilst building positive relationships ensuring the best outcome possible for Council, key stakeholders, and the wider community.
