This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hrs), where you'll be joining our Existing Installation and Maintenance team in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.You'll focus on elevating our customers' experience within the Bay of Plenty region and be involved with all aspects of lifts and escalators maintenance and repairs.We are passionate about giving our employees the opportunity to grow their career within Schindler, and we would like to hear from you!What You BringWhat are we looking for : Either a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lifts Service Technician or a Lift Repairs Technician, or a relevant qualification at NZQF Level 4 (Trade Certificate or Diploma) in Mechanical or Electrical area.EWRB Electrical Service Technician Registered or Limited Certificate or Provisional License.Full and clean NZ driver's license.Dedicated to working safely with a high focus on quality.A practical thinker who enjoys technical challenges.Works with flexibility and accountability.Ability to work under pressure and rapidly problem-solve.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Drives collaboration and teamwork.Committed to providing an excellent customer experience.What's in it for you?Competitive base salary (depending on qualification and experience) : $35 - $45 per hour.Annual Bonus.Company Vehicle.Employee of the Month & Year recognition with rewards.Long service recognition and reward program.Potential for personal and professional growth.Access to educational support and social activities.
