This is your chance to work in a "big box" format store and be part of a passionate and committed team.Job details : As a demanding role that reaches all corners of the business, your days will be spent dealing with customer and staff enquiries, telephone calls, hire purchase finance, product location, special orders, returns / refunds, repairs, checkout sales, daily banking, and all the other 'one off' situations that arise daily.The Customer Care team delivers the first and last impression of our business.

The person we seek must have the ability to remain cool under pressure and think on their feet.

This is a permanent position (40 hrs per week) requiring availability at least one day during the weekend.
