Community Nurse - Healthvision (Bay Of Plenty)

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide community nursing services that may include wound care, catheter cares, support planning and / or other specialist clinical services.About the role : The successful candidate will be working with Clinical Nursing Service and Homecare in a hybrid capacity.This position involves visiting Service Users in their homes to apply your practical nursing knowledge and assessment skills, case management, and patient education.
