In addition, you will be able to demonstrate : Experience in developing and coaching a teamPrevious leadership experience, ideally in retailAbility to provide a genuine and unique customer experiencePrevious Visual Merchandising experience working from a briefProven ability to achieve sales and KPIs while controlling wage spend and stock loss targetsWHY JAY JAYS?Why not?
