About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced On‑Site End User Support Engineer to provide hands‑on IT support across desktops, laptops, and related systems. You’ll be responsible for resolving technical issues, onboarding users, and ensuring a smooth IT experience for all staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first‑level support and timely resolution of incidents and requests.Set up and configure new laptops / desktops for onboarding users.Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365, and other applications.Diagnose and repair hardware, printers, and mobile devices.Support network connectivity (Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls).Maintain asset inventory and documentation in ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow).Skills & Experience
Proven experience in Windows desktop and end‑user support.Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, SCCM, Intune, and BitLocker.Experience with mobile device management (iOS / Android) and Teams conferencing.Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM processes.Preferred contact : Please share an updated CV with your expected pay to .
