Overview
As a Showroom Team Leader , you’ll be the trusted expert for our trade customers, guiding your team to deliver tailored product advice and exceptional service from the moment someone walks through the door. You’ll take ownership of the showroom’s daily operations ensuring it’s safe, well-stocked, and visually appealing while mentoring your team and upholding our customer first culture to create an experience that keeps customers coming back.

Role Details
This is a permanent full-time role offering 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, based at our Kerikeri Branch.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will lead by example and have proven leadership experience that engages and encourages your team to do their best. You enjoy working with others, take pride in putting customers first making every interaction a positive one and know how to bring out the best in others.
