We are searching for a Recruitment Advisor at a highly‑regarded educational institution in Wellington. This full‑time onsite generalist role involves the complete employee lifecycle.

What Will Make You Stand Out?
While we’re looking for around three years of combined recruitment and generalist HR experience, team fit and attitude are most important. We value individuals who are tech‑savvy, proactive, can rapidly pick up new systems and processes, and contribute to a positive, supportive culture. Expertise in child safety checks, police vetting processes, and experience with HRIS software Citation is a definite plus. A sense of humour is a must.
