Intermediate.NET Engineer

Join our growing Digital & Technology Team and become a key player in our Developer Acceleration squad, focused on improving developer productivity through best practices, tooling, and AI‑driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with the squad to deliver and support high‑quality development platforms, tooling, and patterns, standardising team engineering practices and embedding quality and security from the start.
• Provide expertise to Development squads, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure technology and best‑practice frameworks are adopted.
• Embed within Kiwibank’s other Development squads to assist them in implementing our platforms and practices.
• Build and evangelise AI tooling that boosts developer productivity by surfacing information and accelerating workflows.
