What you'll do
As Commercial Manager, you will be instrumental in identifying, developing and implementing new business initiatives within several of our group companies.
Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with senior leaders to develop robust strategies that drive business growth while maintaining operational efficiency.
You will work hands-on with tenancy management across multiple sites, partner with marketing for brand enhancement projects, and provide critical financial analysis that underpins sound decision-making.
What you bring
To excel as Commercial Manager at our Family Office, your background should reflect substantial experience in operational leadership roles where you have demonstrated an aptitude for improving commercial outcomes.
Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust-based relationships across departments while your analytical abilities allow you to translate financial information into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated experience in a Commercial Manager or similar operational leadership role within complex environments.
Proven track record of applying commercial acumen in areas such as pricing strategy, costing analysis, margin optimisation, and business development initiatives.
Exposure to operations within commercial, infrastructure sectors or related industries is highly desirable for understanding sector-specific challenges.
Solid grasp of financial principles with the ability to interpret data for practical application; formal finance qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
A history of successfully driving efficiency improvements and enhancing performance across multifaceted operations or service lines.
Exceptional communication skills enabling you to engage effectively with internal stakeholders at all levels as well as external partners.
Strategic thinking capabilities combined with strong stakeholder management skills that foster collaboration across diverse teams.
An energetic approach paired with a growth-oriented mindset that aligns with ambitions for progression into broader Group-level responsibilities.
