Responsibilities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned product portfolios

Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key customers and suppliers

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and partnerships to protect and grow margins

Drive new business development and maintain a strong project pipeline

Champion client portfolios internally, sharing expertise and supporting colleagues

Leverage Salesforce CRM and digital marketing to accelerate projects and deliver results

Qualifications

A degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related technical discipline (commercial qualifications an advantage)

Minimum 5 years' experience in technical sales and account management within specialty chemicals, ingredients, or related industries

Strong commercial acumen with proven success in driving growth

Excellent communication, relationship building, and negotiation skills

Curiosity, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
