Product Operations Specialist | $8000

Responsibilities

• Engage with the assigned Agency to ensure that the projects / tasks are completed on time.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring timeliness and consistency. Take ownership and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to update items in the bulk tender catalogues that may become obsolete and / or require refresh from time to time. Ensure that the replacement items can meet tender requirements.
• Seek approval from respective approving authorities to effect changes.
• Verify billing reports from external vendor and internal billing team to ensure validity and accuracy of amount and items being billed.
• Track and update utilization where necessary.
• Support change management within the division.
