EDI Specialist, SBI (Sterling B2B Integrator)

Role Overview

As an EDI Specialist (SBI), you will be responsible for the architecture, design, enhancement, and support of CMA CGM’s EDI communication platform, built on IBM Sterling Business Integrator (SBI).

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the SBI platform, focusing on new functionalities and performance optimization.
• Improve SBI framework architecture and communication protocols (AS2, POP3 / SMTP, SFTP, FTP) to ensure platform stability and scalability.
• Proactively monitor system performance and stability; lead initiatives to address and resolve issues.
• Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate investigations, and drive resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and quality control for all enhancements and fixes.
