Product Operations Specialist | $8000

Responsibilities

Engage with the assigned Agency to ensure that the projects / tasks are completed on time.

Work with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring timeliness and consistency.

Take ownership and ensure customer satisfaction.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to update items in the bulk tender catalogues that may become obsolete and / or require refresh from time to time.

Ensure that the replacement items can meet tender requirements.

Seek approval from respective approving authorities to effect changes.

Verify billing reports from external vendor and internal billing team to ensure validity and accuracy of amount and items being billed.

Track and update utilization where necessary.

Support change management within the division.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in product management and engagement.

Demonstrated interest in or exposure to product management principles, methodologies, and practices.

Experience in planning and executing events, workshops, or training programmes.

Experience in data Centre migration will be an advantage.

Strong communication, content creation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in event logistics and project coordination.

Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and data analysis for tracking progress.

Curiosity about product management trends and best practices.
