We currently have an exciting opportunity for a 2nd year (or 3rd year if undertaking a four-year conjoint degree that finishes no sooner than end of

• ) property student to work as part of our Data Support team.

This is a key role which provides our business with up-to-date and accurate building and occupier information, enabling our success in the market.

Responsibilities

Working in both our South Auckland and Auckland CBD offices across a range of CBRE divisions

Reaching out to relevant people in person, by phone and / or by email to verify data

Vacancy surveying involving physically checking buildings and tenancies

On-line research to verify data

Database entry of building and tenancy information

To Be Successful In This Role You Require

A full NZ driver's licence and access to a vehicle

A strong work ethic

Customer service orientated with excellent communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Self-motivated, accurate research & data management capabilities
