CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Lead
- Monitor feedback in CMMS and assign the work task for all sites to follow up
- Ensure all job orders (corrective maintenance & preventive maintenance) in CMMS are assigned, executed, and closed in order
- Data entry of relevant information into system
- Liaise with client on any updates or feedback when required
- Scheduling of monthly meeting with client
- Assist the team to prepare monthly report for submission
- Assist the team to track monthly document submission as required
- Provide administrative support to the manager (e.g., Updating of organization chart, new hire details consolidation, vendor manpower updates etc)
- Send out security clearance to client
- Be the cover for BMC duties when BMC Staff is on leave
- Assist the team with administrative support as and when required
- Inventory of office supplies
- Ensure efficient management of documents; printing, scanning, filing and dispatch
- Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
About you :
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with a pass in English and Mathematics.
