Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees. Assigns tasks and monitors work at frequent intervals. Maintains schedules and workflow of the team.

• Manages personnel details to include salaries, positioning, hire / fire, reviews, coaching and training
• Provide guidance and escalation support for complex issues and emergencies
