You'll develop and execute effective internal and external communications, newsletters, social media communications, coordinate logistics for key projects and events, and play a vital role in building a positive and inclusive organisational culture.ResponsibilitiesDrive engagement and communication initiatives across the Qantas Group in NZDeliver creative campaigns and support a positive workplace cultureFull time permanent opportunity, based in AucklandWe're proud to represent New Zealand while flying the Qantas red tail.

We fight to stay ahead of the game, confidently running a world-class operation that brings our New Zealand workforce together while staying true to our commitment to the Qantas Group.Requirements / QualificationsPrior experience in communications, engagement, or a related fieldTertiary qualification (completed or in progress) in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences and channelsWillingness to learn, take initiative, and seek feedback to improve performanceAbility to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levelsOrganised and able to manage multiple tasks or projects, prioritising effectively to meet deadlinesAttention to detail in preparing communication materials and managing engagement activitiesComfortable using digital tools, social media, and basic design or content management platformsCreative thinker, able to contribute ideas for engagement initiatives and communication campaignsWe aim high and push ourselves to deliver on the best outcomes.
