Right now, we're looking for a fixed term Assistant Store Manager to join our Otaki store starting in October to cover maternity leave!

About The Role

This is a 6 month maternity leave fixed term opportunity (32.5 Hours per week).

Mon : 8.45am-5.15pm | Tues-Thurs : 10.30am-4.30pm | Sun : 8.45am-5.15pm.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Manager's RDOs.

Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily.

Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience.

Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting.

Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs.
