Experience across the Catholic curriculum up to Level 3 NCEA is essential.As a contributor to school-wide strategic development you must be able to demonstrate a sound, evidence-based understanding of effective pedagogy and have the capacity to collaborate effectively and influence meaningful and sustainable change.

A key aspect of this role includes coaching and mentoring staff across the Religious Studies Learning Area.As a Catholic school, we promote relationship-based learning and restorative practices.
