About the Role

We’re looking for a highly skilled Pega Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade Pega solutions for one of New Zealand’s top banking clients. This is a strategic role that blends technical leadership with hands‑on solution architecture in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design scalable Pega applications aligned with banking business needs
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Lead Pega development teams and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and solution optimization
• Integrate Pega with banking systems using REST / SOAP APIs and other middleware
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and enterprise architecture standards
