Solutions Architect - Oracle Specialist

We’re seeking a Solution Architect with deep Oracle Retail expertise to help optimise, extend, and evolve our enterprise systems. You’ll partner with our Oracle-aligned Enterprise Architect to design scalable, secure solutions that support business operations and customer experience.

The intent of the role is to facilitate a multi year transition to an integrated Oracle ecosystem that supports our Retail Value chain. You'll need to be able to demonstrate your expertise in one or more areas of the Oracle Retail Eco system such as Planning Modules (MFP / AP / LPO etc), Warehouse Management System(WMS), Procurement or Store Inventory modules.

In a retail environment facing economic headwinds, this role is key to ensuring our Oracle platforms are robust, integrated, and future-ready. You’ll lead solution design, drive cloud-native transitions, and identify opportunities for simplification and automation.

Key Focus Areas

• Architect and deliver Oracle solutions aligned to business and technical standards
• Collaborate across teams to translate needs into scalable architecture
• Ensure governance and consistency across Oracle platforms
• Lead integration design between Oracle and non-Oracle systems
• Support cloud migration and platform modernisation
• Provide technical assessments and strategic recommendations
• Mentor others and engage with Oracle’s wider community
