Meals on Wheels - Service Lead
Permanent role – part time (16 hours per week)
NZRC offers a total remuneration approach of $62,661 (pro-rata to 16 hours per week) for this role, which comprises of base salary as well as employer contribution to KiwiSaver. While remuneration rates are set to reflect that we are a humanitarian not for profit organisation, we believe our employee leave provision and flexible working arrangements, provide a highly rewarding work experience.

As a Service Lead, you’ll drive local service delivery, lead and inspire volunteer teams, and bring our Strategy 2030 to life. If you\'re a strong leader who thrives on making a difference and building community connections, we’d love to hear from you.
You\'ll harness technology and internal systems to help shape the future of Meals on Wheels through our new operating model. Working both independently and collaboratively—online and in person—you’ll help modernise how we engage volunteers, streamline outdated processes, and find smarter ways to increase our impact in local communities.
