Join our dynamic team at EY as a Manager or Senior Consultant in the Valuation and Modelling team in our Auckland office. This unique position will allow you to leverage your expertise in valuation and financial modelling to deliver high-quality financial and strategic analysis to top tier clients across Australasia. This is a hybrid position based in our Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.

Responsibilities

• Undertake valuations of businesses and intangible assets for a wide range of purposes, including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting, and disputes.
• Deliver insightful financial and operational modelling to create value for clients.
• Provide decision support and transaction analytics, managing and preparing valuation reports and detailed financial modelling and analysis.
• Conduct various forms of analysis for business case development and think critically to identify issues and propose strategies related to the advice being provided.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, understanding their issues, anticipating future opportunities, and developing solutions to meet their needs.
• Get to work alongside an enthusiastic and capable team.
