About the role
We’re looking for an experienced people-focused Business Analyst to join our Business Process Management team. This fixed-term role (through to February 2027) is part of a dedicated team driving operational excellence across the Ministry.
You’ll be part of a collaborative team curious, people-focused, and always looking to improve. Your work will help shape how business needs are understood and addressed, with a strong focus on early-stage analysis and process clarity.

The salary range for this role is $106,973 to $125,850 total remuneration, inclusive of our 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
