Key tasks and responsibilities :
Manage and oversee all daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead a team of store staff, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, supervising, and performance management.
Organize inductions and ongoing training programs for new and existing staff to maintain high operational standards.
Develop, implement, and enforce store policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Take customers' orders, sell products to customers, advise customers on product use, and assist them with product selection.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints, including authorizing compensation and managing returned goods.
Manage product range, pricing, promotions, advertising, and marketing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Monitor and maintain stock inventory, track supplies, and place orders as required.
Maintain accurate financial and accounting records, including POS transactions, daily cash handling, and bank deposits.
Prepare and manage the store budget, analyze monthly costs and revenues, and provide business forecasts.
Keep abreast of market trends to identify opportunities for store improvements.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, security, and sanitation standards.
Pay rate : Minimum $
Guaranteed hours of work per week : Minimum 30 hours, permanent full-time
