What you'll be doing :

Leading land development-related environmental engineering projects across stormwater, infrastructure and site development

Preparing modelling, reporting, consenting documentation, and providing technical oversight to junior team members

Collaborating closely with clients, councils, and internal stakeholders across multiple live developments

Reporting into a high-performing and visible leader in the environmental space, with mentorship from a principal-level engineer

Helping shape technical delivery, process improvement, and team capability as part of a well-established function

What we’re looking for :

7+ years of environmental engineering experience in New Zealand, including significant work in land development

Proficiency in stormwater management design and assessment

Strong written communication and the ability to work independently with council engagement

Chartered status or well-progressed toward CPEng is a plus

Someone with drive, grit, and a desire to contribute to a high-functioning team environment
