The role | Te tunga

As a Regional Data Collection Specialist, you will work within our frontline teams, building relationships with the business and social communities of Aotearoa, and enabling collection of data from all types of respondents via their channel of choice.

This role is about providing a great user experience for respondents - one that builds trust, is seamless, convenient, safe and recognises their contribution to Aotearoa.

Our Regional Data Collection Specialists thrive in a dynamic and flexible work environment.

They actively engage with communities from Monday to Sunday, at various times throughout the day, from morning to evening.

This role is primarily focused on face to face interviewing out in the local community, so regular travel is a big part of the role.

The role is multi-modal, meaning that when required, you will flex into phone and email-based work ensuring a diverse and stimulating work experience.

It offers a unique blend of activities that keep the job interesting and rewarding.

Additionally, the position requires a reasonable level of fitness, as it involves frequent walking and driving to visit households.

This role requires someone who can work efficiently on their own and must have access to fast and reliable internet, a current full New Zealand driver's license, and a legally roadworthy, insured vehicle.

We will set you up to work from home, and provide you with the equipment, training, and ongoing support you need to succeed and remain safe while carrying out your work.
