Cleaning Supervisor at Forsyth Barr Stadium,
you'll oversee the cleaning team to ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
You'll allocate tasks, manage rosters, and support the team in delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols.
This is a
Casual Position
with hours of work are "as and when" required basis upon business needs.
Supervise and allocate tasks to cleaning staff during shifts, supporting service delivery.
Maintain clean and tidy public and back-of-house areas, including equipment and waste handling.
Respond to customer requests and complaints with professionalism and care.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and cleaning standards.
Manage costs, maintain accurate records, and oversee cleaning operations within budget.
Proven experience in the cleaning industry and in a supervisory role.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively.
Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a positive attitude.
Committed to health and safety, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Police clearance required; training in hazard management and incident reporting preferred.
