Kitchen Hand

Distinction Dunedin Hotel is Dunedin's foremost hotel and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Hand / Porter to join our team.

The hotel includes a diverse Food and Beverage offering covering breakfast, lunch and dinner. We service a variety of clients ranging from conferences, tour groups and a la carte diners. This role is primarily an early evening to late evening shift, 5 days per week.

If you have the following experience we would like to hear from you,

• Previous Kitchen experience, preferably in stewarding / kitchen prep
• Strong organizational skills
• High levels of attention to detail
• A passion cleanliness / safety
• A desire to be part of a team offering high levels of service every day

Part time position with a minimum of 10 hours per week. An hourly rate of $24 per hour.
