Health Care Assistant (Casual)- Ross Home, Dunedin

Responsibilities

You'll put your practical skills and compassion into supporting residents with everyday activities such as personal care, assistance at mealtimes, and general care duties that contribute to happier, healthier living at an Enliven home.

You will work hard, but there are few jobs that will give you the immense satisfaction of working for people who are grateful for your help and who contribute to an enriching working environment.

Hours

This is a casual position.

We are looking for someone who can work on a when and if required basis.

Qualifications

Be empathetic, compassionate, and patient

Work well in a team

Enjoy working alongside older people

Be physically fit and strong

Have enthusiasm and a sense of humour

Experience in an aged care environment is preferred

Level 3 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or equivalent will be an added advantage
