GHD is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated emerging Hydrogeologist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to apply and expand your analytical skills across a diverse range of community and infrastructure projects.

Preferred location : Auckland, with Christchurch or Hamilton also considered for the right candidate.

As part of GHD’s National Environment Group, you’ll be joining a vibrant, inclusive team delivering landmark projects across New Zealand.

Our Hydrogeology & Water Sciences team is known for its collaborative culture and strong focus on staff wellbeing and development.

The role :

• Support the delivery of conceptual and technical hydrogeological services, with an emphasis on analytical modelling (or a keen interest to learn).
• Assist in environmental field investigations, such as aquifer characterisation and monitoring programs.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports, management plans, and strategies.
• Collaborate with a national team of experienced scientists and engineers to deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
