Join the Mitre 10 MEGA Tauranga Team this Spring & Summer. Mitre 10 Mega Tauranga is a proud, family-owned and operated local business. We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Team Members to join us on a fixed-term contract, covering our busy Spring and Summer seasons. Flexi Team Member Roles – Fixed Term (Start ASAP until end of January 2026).

Role details

As a Flexi Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our store—helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and making sure everything looks great. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people, we’d love to hear from you.

• Role 1 : Four days – 32 hours per week
• Role 2 : Four days – 32 hours per week

Note : These roles require availability to work one weekend day per week. Shifts are 8 hours, and rosters are provided 2 weeks in advance.

Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend a group interview on Wednesday 2nd October 2025.
