Key Responsibilities

Daily operations in the Weaner and Grower area which include welfare checks to ensure a high quality of health, monitoring of clean and fresh food and adjustments to satisfy appetite

Engage in various physical tasks like the movement and sizing of stock to maximise productivity as part of routine stock management

Maintain high standards of animal welfare and operational cleanliness to minimise health challenges to the stock.

Ideal Candidate

At least one years' previous piggery experience

Excellent teamwork and communication skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment where getting your hands dirty is part of the job, some weekend work required.
