To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Bring

Design and maintain testing outcomes for critical projects and programmes

Manage resource planning and estimate work effort

Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders e.g., QA team, development team, vendors, projects & programmes

Communicate test progress, test results and other relevant information

Keep current with delivery lifecycles and testing methodologies

Strong emphasis on understanding and implementing continuous improvements to testing within a squad model
