Our mission : enable innovation at scale with systems that are smart, connected, and increasingly AI-driven.RoleEnterprise Systems Engineer (Monday.com & AI Workflows) to take ownership of our in-house workflow platform.

You'll configure, customise, and integrate Monday.com for our teams, contribute its data into our Azure-based system of record, and explore AI-assisted workflows and automation as the platform evolves.What You'll DoConfigure and customise Monday.com boards, dashboards, and automations, embedding business intelligence principles for reporting and KPIs.Build and maintain Monday.com workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth platform operation.Build integrations with enterprise tools via REST / GraphQL APIs, contributing to digital transformation initiatives.Contribute Monday.com data into the system of record hosted in Azure, ensuring quality and accuracy.Apply business process modelling to translate workflows into scalable digital solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with vendors as needed.Provide training and guidance to colleagues, making systems and processes understandable to all.Explore AI-assisted workflows as part of Monday.com's roadmap.Qualifications2+ years of experience in SaaS platform engineering, workflow support, or enterprise IT.Strong grasp of RESTful / GraphQL APIs and JSON structures.Experience building and troubleshooting workflows on Monday.com.Basic scripting or software development skills for platform extensions.Ability to connect and manage structured data integrations, with understanding of SQL.Familiarity with contributing data from SaaS platforms into cloud-based systems of record (Azure preferred).

Excellent problem-solving instincts—you get to the root of issues quickly.Communication skills—you can explain technical systems clearly to non-technical colleagues.Team-first attitude and adaptability.Demonstrated AI / LLM project work in past experience.Bonus PointsHands-on experience with Monday.com.Familiarity with SSO (OAuth, SAML, SCIM).
