Key Responsibilities :

• Supervising and Mentoring Staff :
• Assisting the manager in directing and training warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety guidelines.
• Inventory Management :
• Monitoring stock levels, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with other departments to maintain adequate supplies.
• Quality Control :
• Implementing and overseeing quality control procedures for both incoming and outgoing goods.
• Operational Efficiency :
• Managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
• Safety and Maintenance :
• Maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Reporting and Analysis :
• Generating and analyzing reports on warehouse performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Coordination :
• Collaborating with other departments like purchasing, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Training and Development :
• Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new warehouse personnel.
