Key Responsibilities :

1. Business & Requirement Analysis

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, objectives, and challenges.
Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze business and system data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau .

Work with development teams to ensure accurate data collection and analysis.

3. Process Improvement & Optimization

Evaluate current business workflows and recommend process enhancements.

Utilize BPMN, Visio, or Lucidchart for process modeling and mapping.

Ensure alignment of business processes with company goals and industry best practices.

4. Project Coordination & Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies .

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions.

5. Technology & System Implementation

Work with IT teams to evaluate and implement new technologies and system enhancements.

Ensure that business requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications.

Provide support in software development, ERP implementation, or CRM enhancements.
