Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre is more than just a venue – it’s a place where culture, connection and creativity converge. We’re on the lookout for a digitally savvy, design-minded Marketing Executive to join our passionate team and help us tell the Te Pae story to the world.

About the Role

Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts – creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and supporting the delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives that showcase Te Pae Christchurch as a world-class destination for business events.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. From crafting social media content and designing marketing collateral to managing our website and image libraries, you’ll be involved in every aspect of our marketing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and scheduling content across social media, newsletters, blogs and digital signage
• Coordinating and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and leads
• Managing website updates and content development
• Designing marketing collateral (print and digital) using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Capturing and curating photography and videography for promotional use
• Supporting sales campaigns and business development initiatives
• Maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Using analytics tools to report on campaign performance and optimise results
