We’re looking for a Lead Technical Analyst (Lead Application Specialist) to join our Enterprise Hub and take ownership of key platforms that support our banking environment—today and into the future. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our systems are secure, stable, and scalable, while supporting delivery and innovation across the business.

This role blends product and technical leadership with strategic enablement. You’ll drive integration efforts across enterprise platforms, champion digital experience improvements, and drive AI-powered automation initiatives. You’ll work with squads across the sub hub to ensure our platforms deliver meaningful outcomes for our people and customers.

You’ll combine product and technical expertise with mentoring and collaboration to guide application delivery, support mission-critical systems, and enable continuous improvement across the Enterprise Hub.

Key responsibilities :

• Support delivery of enterprise applications and platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Monitor and improve the digital employee experience using tools such as Nexthink, analysing sentiment and performance data to proactively resolve issues
• Design and implement AI-enabled workflows that automate routine tasks and support strategic outcomes using existing tools including ServiceNow and Co-Pilot Studio
• Collaborate with IT teams across the Enterprise Hub to optimise the digital environment
• Lead technical analysis, design, and integration efforts across complex systems with multiple dependencies
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, alerts, and proactive monitoring capabilities
• Provide hands-on support and training for ServiceNow, NexThink and our AI tools
