About the role

This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service.

As a Customer Service Team Member, you\'ll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you\'ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

Answering customer inquiries and providing advice

Processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers

Supporting the Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and store safety

Supervising and supporting the Checkout area as needed to ensure transactions run smoothly and efficiently

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Hours of work

Sunday - 3 : 00pm to 9 : 30pm

Qualifications – About you

Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a customer facing role

A positive, can-do attitude

Strong attention to detail

The ability to undertake heavy lifting, climb ladders and be on your feet for long periods
