About the Role As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop team.

Your role will involve managing service bookings, providing accurate advice, and ensuring every customer enjoys a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities Greeting customers and managing day-to-day service enquiries Creating repair orders and managing customer bookings Providing clear explanations of service work and pricing Liaising with technicians to coordinate workflow Preparing quotes, invoices, and follow-up documentation Ensuring customers are kept updated throughout the service process Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and professional service About You We are seeking someone who brings both technical understanding and a commitment to excellent customer care.
