Broadview Lifecare is a 85-bed Care Home and Hospital with a 27-unit Village situated in a rural setting.

We provide care to five service levels (inclusive of a Mental Health Recovery unit), which is a unique service providing greater learning opportunities for staff.

About Our Role : Broadview Lifecare, located in Beautiful Whanganui Casual (as and when required not on a regular basis) AM, PM, Night and weekend shifts We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a passion for caring for others, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents.

You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere.

As a Registered Nurse, you will use your skills to : Lead and develop a team of dedicated Caregivers to provide a high-level of quality care Develop and monitor care plans Carry out clinical assessments Form a lasting relationship with residents, families and GP's Support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers Your Skills and Experience : Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad Hold a current APC Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
