About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join Julia Wallace Retirement Village, located in Palmerston North, as a Caregiver.

We have 2 part-time positions available working :

First Position - Wednesday and Thursday 07 : 00–15 : 30

Second Position - Monday & Tuesday 07 : 00–13 : 30 + Friday & Saturday 07 : 30–13 : 00

Responsibilities

Develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families

Follow our residents\' individual care plans, providing care that would be good enough for your own mum, dad, nana or poppa

Use the latest technology, including our own purpose-built care app myRyman

Work closely with and support your colleagues, creating a great team environment

About You

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have :

A reliable, friendly and professional style

Experience in aged care is helpful but not essential.

Please note that, although we often welcome applications from overseas candidates, due to immigration requirements, applicants must have New Zealand work rights for this position.
